Great, extremely women-friendly studio, where I started with silks.

In addition to silks, they also offer pole dance, aerial hoop, exotic dance (high heels) and many other special classes to strengthen muscles and physical fitness.

I was here once at Open space and I must say that the quality of the instructors there is very high. It is no wonder that they are professionals, after all they have regular performances all over the Czech Republic, you could see them for example at the World Figure Skating Championships 2026.

I recommend it especially to those of you who want to devote themselves to silks and are not afraid of heights :)

Contemporary

Very nice studio in the center of Prague. There is a fairly wide range of courses, I chose contemporary, but you can also choose ballet or smart body (for adults). For younger visitors there is a wide range of different dance styles.

Here too I must highlight the quality and professional approach of the very nice lecturers :)

Taneční škola InDance

The first studio where I started with modern dance. The advantage of this studio is a large number of branches (not only in Prague) and a wide range of courses for all age categories (approx. 3 - 99 years).

In addition, every summer it is possible to participate in various dance trainings and summer camps organized by InDance.
